Multiple Perspectives on Value
The three perspectives on value to consider and synergise for your enterprise:
A. BUSINESS OWNER/ORGANISATIONAL LEAD
This value perspective is what the Business Owner (or any person who has owner-like responsibility for an organisation) has for the existing or developing enterpise. It consists of the value they have, that they wish to contribute; as well as the value they seek to claim from, or create with, the enterprise for themself and for their community and/or society.

This value perspective is what the Customer has for the offerings of an enterpise. It consists of the value they have, that they wish to contribute or invest; as well as the value they seek to claim or create for themself or their community/society from an enterprise’s products and services.
